Meet our Property management team

A qualified lawyer (she studied Law with French Law) at UCL, Simran began her career working for a city firm specialising in commercial real estate, before joining Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings in 2006. During this time, Simran has put systems in place to streamline administration, enabling the company to compete effectively with much larger organisations. As a result, the company’s property management department has grown substantially – in 2006 it managed 885 rental homes whereas today the department manages nearly 2000 properties for clients, including a growing number of overseas clients.

Today, Simran and her team handle all aspects of property management, ranging from organising repairs to advising on legal issues and keeping clients updated about new legislation.

Natalie joined Benham and Reeves Lettings' property management department in 2006 and is now the Department Manager. She enjoys working with landlords to ensure the smooth-running of their buy-to-let property portfolios and considers her organisational skills and her ability to stay calm under pressure to be key attributes for her role. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys fine dining and watching rugby, an unusual combination!
Greg is responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties in Ealing, Highgate and Canary Wharf. He has a very hands-on approach to property management and believes that the key to delivering a good service to clients is communication and organisation. "Solving issues for both landlords and tenants is very satisfying and the part of my job that I enjoy most," he says.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing football and running.
In his role as Property Manager, William is responsible for liaising with landlords and tenants over maintenance and repair work, and carrying out property inspections. In his spare time, he's a keen footballer.
Chris joined the company in 2010 and in his role handles maintenance enquiries for properties in the City and Imperial Wharf. He carries out property inspections, deals with payments to contractors and also manages property refurbishments. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, cooking and music.
As a Property Manager Caroline's portfolio consists of properties based in the City and Canary Wharf areas of London dealing with landlord and tenant queries along with maintenance and problem solving. She has worked in property management for 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge especially with maintenance issues and enjoys the prospect of taking on new challenges each day. In her spare time Caroline likes to put her creative skills to use by quilting, cross stitching and scrapbooking.
With over 12 years of lettings and property management experience, Katrina brings a wide range of skills to her role, managing a portfolio of properties in Kensington.

She has a flair for problem solving, invaluable when dealing with the diverse issues involved in property management, which can range from organising emergency repairs to handling deposits and returns. Katrina enjoys liaising with tenants and landlords and gains real satisfaction from helping to ensure that tenancies run smoothly.

Outside work, Katrina enjoys watching films, particularly thrillers, and is an avid reader.
Lavie manages a portfolio of rental properties in Colindale, particularly within the Beaufort Park development, she also covers Stanmore, Edgware as well as number of rental properties and private residences in Knightsbridge and Hyde Park. She is also responsible for maintenance issues across all of the company’s London offices. Lavie is a highly efficient organiser, very methodical and ARLA Propertymark qualified. She has a degree in English Linguistics and Literature and outside work enjoys singing and playing the guitar.
Bridget has worked in the property industry for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to find effective solutions to any queries landlords and tenants may have. She also deals with overlooking refurbishments, organising contractors and arranging property inspections. In her spare time she loves to attend art exhibitions, travel and aims to try something new every day.

James mainly manages properties in Hyde Park, Highgate and Canary Wharf. He takes care of all maintenance issues before and during a tenancy and deals with all deposit returns, as well as anything else that may arise. He is very pragmatic and has good problem solving skills. Outside of work James enjoys drawing and painting as well keeping fit at the gym and practising martial arts.

Amandine has been working within the property industry for a few years, she understands the tenancy process very well having gained most of her experience working as a multi-lingual lettings negotiator in London. In her spare time Amandine enjoys singing and listening to music, she is creative and loves cooking.

Kazuyoshi (Kaz) works with our Japan Desk and looks after properties occupied by our Japan Desk tenants. With a keen interest in London property, Kaz is fluent in native-Japanese and English and enjoys getting out of the office to visit the properties he manages. For leisure pursuits, Kaz enjoys horse riding - which he started at the age of 9 - plus show jumping and dressage.

Mark looks after the management of our properties at Beaufort Park in the Colindale area. Mark is very solutions oriented liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to ensure all maintenance issues are handled as efficiently as possible. Outside of work Mark enjoys playing football and touch rugby as well cooking and playing the guitar to relax.

Kevin manages an extensive portfolio of properties in Hampstead and a typical day can encompass a wide range of issues, from organising property maintenance and repairs to handling deposits and returns at the end of a tenancy. Whatever the task, Kevin uses his administrative skills to ensure that tenancies run smoothly for both landlords and tenants.

Outside work, Kevin enjoys mixed martial arts, particularly Taekwondo and Muay Thai. He also loves to travel – especially to Kenya and Goa.

With over 10 years’ property management experience, Tanya is used to liaising with landlords and tenants and seamlessly handles any issues which arise during a tenancy. She has excellent organisational and problem solving skills, invaluable in her challenging role which involves managing luxury residential blocks.

Outside work, Tanya is fascinated by astronomy and also enjoys travelling.

Adrian provides administrative support for four property managers - an extremely busy and varied role. He is an experienced Administrator and has worked for the company since 2010. In his spare time he enjoys football, music and movies.
Abbas has been working at Benham and Reeves since 2012. He began as an Administrator and has now been promoted to the position of Property Administrator. His responsibilities include arranging viewings and property valuations and dealing with utility bills, service charges and ground rents on behalf of landlords.

"Football is a big passion of mine and I spend a lot of my spare time watching it," says Abbas. "I also love watching movies. And when I can, I love to travel and visit different countries and find out more about their people and culture."
Daniel manages and processes tenancy vacations, ensuring that the end of a tenancy is administered efficiently for both landlord and tenant. He has a keen eye for detail, which comes in useful in this demanding role.

Outside work Daniel, who has an MSc in Human Resources, is a keen photographer, avid traveller and foodie, and loves to explore new places, particularly across South East Asia.
