Kew letting agents Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings strongly believe that riverside living in West London doesn't have to be the sole preserve of the super-rich. Exciting new property developments are transforming the area, especially on the northern shore of the Thames. Apartments in Kew Bridge for example, provide grand views of the River Thames and the opposing leafy expanse of nearby Kew Gardens, giving the neighbourhood a distinct rural feel.

City professionals will appreciate the straightforward commute into Waterloo Station which takes less than 30 minutes, and there is plenty of family-friendly recreational space in neighbouring Richmond Park. An attractive blend of period architecture and new developments are attracting interest from a new wave of tenants who appreciate the amenities and village-like atmosphere.
