Jenny Qian, Head of Business Development, China

Jenny’s role as Head of Business Development consists of liaising with our London branches on behalf of Chinese investors and our clients who own UK properties and responding at a local level in Shanghai to their various requirements. Jenny is bilingual, speaking Mandarin and English which ensures cross-geographical transactions are handled with seamless professionalism.

Jenny studied in the Netherlands as an exchange student as well as completing a Master’s Degree in business administration and considers herself to be highly organised and open-minded. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys international travel.

Wiky Huang, Senior Sales Manager

Wiky has worked in in the overseas property industry for 6 years with her main experience gained working for Homelink Overseas Division, China’s biggest property agent. She is very familiar with the buying processes for UK property and works with excellent in-depth knowledge and efficiency in assisting Chinese investors. Working alongside our London China Desk and international office network, our China clients benefit greatly from her high levels of customer service.

Penny Cheung, Head of China Desk

With a degree in Hospitality Management, Penny spent 10 years working for world renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotels. Joining Benham and Reeves in 2011, Penny worked as a Client Manager before becoming a Director of the Hong Kong SAR office. Penny has now been promoted to Head of China Desk to look after our Hong Kong SAR and China based clients. Penny uses her extensive London property expertise to assist Chinese investors with a one- stop service, from advice on London property investment to leasing and property management. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with her wealth of business and cultural knowledge, Penny works tirelessly for clients ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved.

Loie Luo, Business Development & Marketing Executive

Loie graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, majoring in tourism, hotel and exhibition management. She has previously worked as a purchasing manager at the Shangri-La Group where was involved in all areas of sales, promotions and marketing helping her to accrue good communication and negotiation skills.

Loie has also worked as a sales consultant for a real estate company and has a good understanding of property investment and meeting client objectives.

Becky Wang, Administrator

Becky majored in Business English in college and is well motivated with good communication skills and a strong attention to detail. With a career experience working in administrative positions, Becky enjoys being highly organised and taking charge of the daily administrative affairs related to the office and assisting her colleagues in various tasks. To relax, Becky likes to do yoga and to travel.

Widya Lestaluhu, Director Head, Hong Kong SAR

Widya has a proven sales track record of providing expert assistance to South East Asia investors looking for rental investment opportunities in various markets with specialism in London property. With a pedigree career behind her, she joined JLL Singapore in 2011 as Sales Manager, advancing to the role of Head of International Residential in 2019.

Widya’s expanisve knowledge has helped deliver highly successful overseas project marketing campaigns which she brings to her role at Benham & Reeves. As Director Head of our Hong Kong SAR office, Widya oversees our multi-lingual sales and leasing teams tasked with looking after our Hong Kong SAR and China clients. Her energy and dedication to providing excellent customer service ensure that all our clients real estate requirements continue to be fulfilled from under one roof.

Cherrin Loo, Business Development Director, Hong Kong SAR

Cherrin is an experienced executive who has gained more than 20 years’ real estate experience focused around international residential sales and marketing. Over the years, she has helped many overseas property investors to buy property across the globe including popular investment spots such as Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, USA and the UK. Cherrin's extensive knowledge of international markets ensures Hong Kong property investors are provided with accurate information, data and statistical comparisons to assist them in making the right choice for long-term property investment and portfolio expansion.

As a custom orientated individual and her extensive involvement in international property launches, Cherrin has developed strong business relationships with private wealth managers, banks, family offices and immigration channels and enjoys numerous referrals and repeat business due to her professionalism. She also a strong network of clients through her mainland China contacts and is a well skilled addition to our Hong Kong sales team.

Meena Yang, Sales Manager, Hong Kong SAR

Meena has over 7 years’ experience working in international property sales. Before joining Benham & Reeves, Meena worked for a diverse range of notable companies including JLL, Marriott International and GIH London performing various roles in international property sales and project marketing. Meena offers excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Her native language is Cantonese, but she is fluent in English and Mandarin and enjoys keeping fit in her spare time.

Gloria Chow, Property Consultant, Hong Kong SAR

A decade of experience in the property industry and the hospitality sector have enabled Gloria to carefully refine her people skills and problem-solving instincts. As an important and valued member of Benham & Reeves, Hong Kong SAR, she is always ready to go the extra mile in order to meet the various needs of our clients. Like the rest of the sales team, Gloria is solutions-driven with a particular focus on matching clients with appropriate properties and services. Gloria likes nothing more than to see a client who is satisfied with their property investment.

Luke Wong, Sales Manager, Hong Kong SAR

With a passion for residential real estate and delivering exceptional customer service, Luke brings a wealth of property investment advisory experience to his role. Beginning his career working in London several years ago, Luke has held posts with Foxtons and top UK developers such as Berkeley Homes and London Square where he gained first-hand knowledge of the housing market and products that make a good rental investment for overseas owners.

Luke's diligence, drive and integrity underpins his work ethic and his passion is to see clients through every aspect of their property investment journey to make it as smooth and profitable as possible. In his free time, Luke likes to keep fit by running, playing football and badminton. He also enjoys cooking.

Carol Li, Marketing Manager, Hong Kong SAR

Working closely with our global sales and marketing teams, Carol’s role involves planning and oversight of our Hong Kong project marketing campaigns and live events. Previous experience working in investment banking and the real estate sector includes digital marketing, public relations and events planning. Carol also enjoys performance marketing, putting her analytical skills and results driven approach to good use. In her spare time, Carol enjoys being active, travelling and staying close to nature.

Kelly Suen, Assistant Marketing Manager, Hong Kong SAR

With a degree in Media and Social Communications, Kelly has been working in marketing and public relations for 3 years developing her specialism in executing strategic communication plans for various sectors. She is skilled in social media management and content creation with good media relation skills. As a positive and well-organised team player, Kelly is a good communicator who enjoys working with people from all walks of life.

Makayla Chu, Lettings Officer & Administrator, Hong Kong SAR

Makayla has a degree in Business Administration and is a key member within the property lettings and management team at Benham and Reeves Hong Kong. Makayla oversees the entire process, from initial enquiry to lettings and property management, drawing on many years of working in the property industry. She also has excellent knowledge of furnishing solutions for rental properties and has a keen eye for interior design. Her strong dedication to delivering excellent service, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to our Hong Kong sales team. In her spare time, Makayla’s hobbies include movies, music and travelling.

Dhanvee Panchmatiya, Head of Business Development, Mumbai

Dhanvee is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer and Commerce graduate with extensive experience in wealth and investment management.

As Head of Business Development at Benham and Reeves, India, Dhanvee’s role is to provide valuable information to support potential buyers in their purchase decision and assuring adherence to all the regulatory standards. Dhanvee delivers efficient structures from a legal and tax savings perspective to give the most optimum return to the buyer. Along with participating in marketing activities, Dhanvee enjoys interacting with leaders and experts of different industries and professional intermediaries, which gives Dhanvee great inspiration and exposure.

In her free time, Dhanvee has a keen interest in learning about foreign culture and history as well as reading non-fiction books.

Shivani Pawar, Business Development Executive

Shivani started her career in Real Estate after graduating with Bachelor of Arts degree in Mumbai. Working for various notable Indian property developers for six years, she has gained experience in the direct sourcing of sales leads, developing new opportunities and converting potential into sales. Shivani has many transferable skills useful for transacting business with Indian investors who also like to invest in London property and in her spare time she enjoys volunteering at events, travelling, dancing and keeping fit by practicing yoga.

Rebecca Paul, Business Development & Administrative Executive

With a degree in psychology, Rebecca’s empathic skills set her in good stead for knowing what our clients want and being well able to guide them in all their property dealings. In her previous roles, Rebecca worked in upscale real estate environments assisting potential buyers to secure the best possible outcomes for their investment portfolios. She has also built-up good skills in strategic business development and marketing. In her spare time, Rebecca has an intellectual interest in understanding human behaviour and also enjoys travelling to discover new places.

Alia Wahid, Business Development Consultant

Alia is an experienced professional with a career spanning more than 20 years in the media and real estate industries in Indonesia. She held pivotal roles at JLL as Head of Marketing and Communications and Senior Manager of Residential Marketing, overseeing notable projects including Anandamaya Residences in Jakarta. During her tenure, she actively participated in the international residential property sales department within the company.

Before venturing into real estate, Alia garnered extensive experience in the media industry, where she served as a journalist and news anchor. This background equips her with a unique blend of comms skills that seamlessly work alongside her real estate expertise. Effective communication, a high attention to detail and an ethical approach are skills that Alia believes are the key to success, ensuring that our clients receive a comprehensive and trustworthy service throughout the buying or selling process. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Alia is dedicated to providing a tailored service that meets the requirements of Indonesian investors with an interest in London property investment.

Yuval Ben Muvchar, Business Development Manager

Yuval provides a dynamic mix of innovation and experience as he strives to unlock value and create investment opportunities for his Israel based property investor clients. A project manager for a successful development company, he is adept at introducing investors to complex markets like the UK, guiding them through the buying process and pointing out where they can maximise growth.

The ability to build strong links with clients, developers and business institutions Yuval remains proud of his track record of enterprise and success. Israeli Investors have benefited from Yuval’s energy and expertise and is introducing a raft of new investors to the benefits of buying, selling or letting a London property with Benham and Reeves.

Melvin Koh, Director

Melvin has extensive experience in international property marketing and sales, having handled regional sales for a leading firm which operates throughout South East Asia including Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. He heads the Malaysia operation having joined the company in 2016. He enjoys meeting investors from different countries across Asia, helping them build a profitable property portfolio in the dynamic London property market providing them with a complete one stop service including property management and leasing to professional furnishing and interior design services, accounts services and tax advice.

Michelle Lai, Head of Business Development, Malaysia

Michelle is responsible for business development throughout Malaysia, helping to build successful working relationships with investors who are adding to their London property portfolios. She has excellent knowledge of the London property leasing market and uses her expertise to support clients throughout the property investment process, from acquisition through to property management.

Michelle has extensive international property experience and was previously a regional marketing manager for a leading real estate agency in South East Asia covering Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Alex Kong, Business Development Manager

Having worked in banking and finance since 2018 and brings valuable economic expertise and negotiating skills to his role of Business Development Manager. His past experience of approving high-value loans for commercial customers is definitely an asset as it allows him to view property transactions with an investor’s mindset. Prior to this, he worked in property sales for six years, specialising in marketing Australian properties to clients in Malaysia, China, Singapore and Indonesia. Alex enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with clients and sees his role at Benham and Reeves as being a trusted source of knowledge for investors, looking to successfully navigate the London property market.

Brandon Ooi, Senior Marketing Executive, Malaysia

An experienced digital marketer with a Marketing Degree and career in marketing communications and social media management, Brandon’s current role supports our international offices with content creation, strategy and multi-platform digital marketing to a wide-range of global audiences. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys trading and keeping fit and as a keen Manchester United supporter, he enjoys watching the Premier League football.

Baldish Kaur, Client Services Administrator

Providing client administrative support to the Malaysia office team, Baldish is highly organised and takes a methodical approach to her work. Regularly liaising between our London branches and property management staff she ensures that the property portfolios belonging to our Malaysian clients are managed efficiently. With strong inter-personal skills, Baldish is a good communicator and well used to working with people from many different backgrounds and she speaks Malay and English.

Leanne Ruscoe, Senior Sales Executive

Leanne joined Benham & Reeves in 2022 and brings extensive UK property experience to her role in sales. She has previously worked in financial services helping expats in the UAE with all their UK property purchases, prior to this working in the UK as a negotiator for a local real estate company. Her primary focus has been property investment as well as development sales and building business relationships in both the United Kingdom and GCC markets.

At Benham & Reeves, her focus is business development, specifically assisting GCC investors who wish to expand their London property portfolios for income and growth.

James Deans, Sales Executive

Based in Dubai, James has 10+ years’ sales experience working in the London property market, gained while working for two high profile prime London estate agents. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our Middle East & GCC clients, tailoring property opportunities that meet specific requirements, many of which are rental investments for long-term growth.

Hussain Basravi, Business Development Manager

With a twenty year background in independent property consulting and general insurance services, Hussain brings a wealth of experience to his Business Development Manager role. His extensive knowledge of the UK and Dubai property markets since 2007, enables him to drive growth and provide Pakistani investors with invaluable insights into UK property investment for income and financial gain.

Hussain, who is based in Karachi, will also focus on strengthening our existing partnerships and developing new relationships with our growing local investor base which will boost our operations in Pakistan. Outside of work, Hussain is a keen cook and enjoys cycling to keep fit.

Zena Shahin, Business Development Manager, Qatar & Kuwait

With an MSc in Management from Birkbeck University of London and a BA in Business Economics from the University of East London, Zena began her property career with Foxtons in London. This was followed by a stint as Business Development Manager with tier 1 UK developer, The Berkeley Group before moving to Qatar where she worked as a Director for a luxury real estate company in Doha.

Zena has gained extensive knowledge of the UK and European residential real estate markets and in her Benham and Reeves role, brings a wealth of expertise to investor clients in Qatar and Kuwait, helping them expand their property portfolios and reach their investment goals.

Lynne Geeves, Director

Lynne has lived in Singapore since 1998 and is a qualified property agent and estate agency manager with Singapore Council of Estate Agents qualifications. As Director of the Singapore office, she liaises between Singaporean clients and our 19 London offices to provide a professional and efficient property management service. As a London property owner herself, Lynne understands the needs of landlords and her wealth of experience is invaluable in helping clients achieve their long-term investment goals.

Kevin Loo, Client Manager

As Client Manager, Kevin liaises with Singaporean investors, keeping them informed of day-to-day issues regarding the leasing and management of their London properties. He is in daily contact with our London property management department to discuss all aspects of property leasing on behalf of his Singapore clients, from organising the handover of a property to co-ordinating UK tax registration on their behalf. Kevin holds Singapore Council of Estate Agents qualifications and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Mary Ann Loresto, Administrator

Mary Ann provides administrative support to the Singapore team in what is a very busy and varied role. With several years’ previous experience as an Office Manager, her approach is organised and methodical, ensuring that clients’ requests are met efficiently and promptly. Liaising with clients is one of the aspects of Mary Ann’s role that she finds most rewarding and being able to speak to them in her own dialect of Tagalog as well as in English is extremely useful.

Doris Tan, Regional Director, Singapore

Doris is a highly experienced property consultant specialising in marketing international residential property to investors in the Asia Pacific and South East Asia regions.

With over 20 years’ experience working in international investment consultancy, Doris has built up a wealth of knowledge and success at helping investors buy, let and manage their properties for long-term income and growth.

Having formerly worked in senior positions within the property industry, namely Strawberry Star and JLL, Doris is well-known and respected throughout the industry. The main focus of her role with Benham and Reeves is business development within the sales division, specifically helping Singapore investors who wish to expand their London property portfolios.

Victor Chia, Senior Marketing Manager, Singapore

Victor has joined Benham and Reeves as Senior Marketing Manager and brings with him many years’ experience executing sales and marketing programmes for international property companies in the Asia Pacific region. Victor works closely with our Directors and London marketing team to support our international marketing activities and the promotion of specific property projects to Singapore investors.

Serene Yeap, Administrative Manager, Singapore

Serene’s role as Administration Manager provides dedicated assistance to Doris Tan, our Regional Director. Serene has more than 10 years of experience in handling various aspects of administrative practice having previously assisted Doris at her former employers. With strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, Serene ensures the day to day operations of the department run smoothly.

Amina Bhayla, Business Development Manager - Johannesburg

Amina lives and works in Johannesburg, the economic and business hub of South Africa where she was also born. As the Country Manager, Amina manages the daily operations to develop and grow the Benham and Reeves business and expand the footprint of the company and to provide a local, dedicated service to our existing South African property investors.

As a Certified Estate Agent and registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, Amina has 17-plus years of buying and selling property for home ownership and investment. Her extensive property knowledge gained having managed various property practices in Johannesburg brings broad skills and a wealth of knowledge about domestic and international markets. Outside of work Amina enjoys community upliftment, charity work and travel.

Brett Boyd, Business Development Manager – Cape Town

Having spent more than 15 years in the property industry, Brett has gained extensive expertise in both the Central London property market and the Cape Town region of South Africa. As a seasoned real estate professional, he has honed his skills in all aspects of property investment, from presenting the best opportunities for purchase through to rental and management, thus ensuring the maximum profitability.

Brett’s passion for real estate stems from his belief that property investment is an excellent way to build wealth over time. He is committed to sharing this knowledge and passion with our Cape Town clients to ensure they achieve their investment goals from an informed perspective. Soraya Marom, Business Development Consultant

Bringing her extensive experience in international property acquisition and deep a understanding of the specific needs of Thai investors, Soraya brings a wealth of skills to our Thailand operations. Her focus is consulting with Thai investors on sales and lettings of residential property in the UK. Soraya’s expertise speaks for itself, with previous experience gained working with a Singapore public listed company on UK property business development, where she was involved in multiple London property acquisitions for hotels, residential and commercial buildings worth over £100Million. With an Honors Degree of BArch from King Monkut’s Institue of Technology Ladkrabung in Bangkok, and an MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins in London, Soraya had practiced as an architect with one of the UK renowned companies for 3 years before shifting her career to property investment and real estate which is now her passion.

Gaow Napatat, Business Development Consultant

A varied career working in the luxury residential property sector has enabled Gaow to develop strong sales and marketing skills. Add to this a successful two-year period in property management and you have an individual who innately understands the complex needs and priorities of our international clients who are high-end buyers in today’s London property market. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic, Gaow’s clear communication style allows her to be an effective business conduit for Thais investing in the UK. After-sales services is a particular area in which Gaow excels. Her education and early work background in the Swiss hospitality sector allows her to stay customer focused, regardless of business conditions and challenges. She strongly believes that the potential of a investment property purchase should be maximised with professional lettings and property management services and she enjoys bringing this expertise to our Thailand client-base.

Hasan Doymus, Business Development Manager

Proud of his Turkish heritage, Hasan maintains frequent contact with the country of his birth. Intimately familiar with UK culture and business, he is handily placed to provide expert advice to Turkish investors on how to buy and create wealth from London property investment.

With several years’ experience working in London’s residential sector, with specialism in new builds, Hasan’s instinct for finding the best opportunities for his clients remains razor sharp. His bilingual skills together with his professionalism remain vital in today’s fast moving property climate. A keen traveller, Hasan is also focusing on growing his own property portfolio, buying a property in Istanbul, a city he is most at home in.
