What term of tenancy do I need to offer?
Between 1 and 6 months after which you repossess the property

How do I deal with on-going expenses that I normally pay?
Many tenants will pay an up-front premium for the convenience of a short contract with all bills included, as they will be substantially in pocket when compared with an extended hotel stay.

What other costs and conditions are involved?
Your property must be fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with crockery, kitchenware, linen etc.You must have
a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate and a Landlord's Electrical Safety Certificate and all soft furnishings must comply with the Regulations for Fire and Safety. A full inventory must be taken (we can organise this).
There are other start-up costs, many of which are tax deductible.

Is my property suitable?
Although specialised, there is a constant need for short-let properties, be it a studio apartment, flat or house. We will advice you without obligation.

What if I am not available to look after my property and tenants?
