Both of these short let tenancy options provide clients with the privacy and comfort of a stopgap. They also offer far more substantial living space than the average hotel room and comparatively are highly competitive. On average a short let tenancy in London can start at around £450 per week and short term serviced apartments can cost approximately £100 per night. This price is inclusive of all utilities excluding telephone charges. A recent review of market rates showed that short term letting arrangements are between 30-40% more cost effective than comparable hotel accommodation.

Q. What term of tenancy do I need to offer?
A. Between 1 and 6 months after which you repossess the property.
Q. How do I deal with on-going expenses that I normally pay?
A. Many tenants will pay an up-front premium for the convenience of a short contract with all bills included, as they will be substantially in pocket when compared with an extended hotel stay.

Q. What other costs and conditions are involved?
A. Your property must be fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with crockery, kitchenware, linen etc.You must have a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate and a Landlord's Electrical Safety Certificate and all soft furnishings must comply with the Regulations for Fire and Safety.
A full inventory must be taken (we can organise this).
There are other start-up costs, many of which are tax deductible.
Q. Is my property suitable?
A. Although specialised, there is a constant need for short-let properties, be it a studio apartment, flat or house. We will advice you without obligation.
