Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings opened its first overseas office in Hong Kong in 1995 shortly followed by its' Singapore office and more recently in Dubai. Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur
are also represented by the Hong Kong and Singapore offices respectively.

Louise was born in Hong Kong and is both English and Chinese. Louise spent her school years in Hong Kong and the UK, followed by her obtaining a degree in International Relations and Development Studies at The University of Sussex, UK. Louise has been managing London property for family members and friends for a number of years which she converted to full time employment on joining Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings in Hong Kong in January 2008.

Lynne has lived in Asia for the past 20 years and was a client of Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings with a rental property in London, before taking over as Manager. Anita moved to the UK in 1972 and has over the last 30 years built up her lettings company, Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings, into London's largest independent residential lettings agency and property management company.,
Under the direction of Anita, the company has grown from one Hampstead office, to a substantial organisation comprising ten lettings offices in prime London locations with dedicated accounts, marketing and property management departments plus overseas branches in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and India. In 2003, Anita set up In:Style Direct, a furnishing subsidiary providing ready-to-move in furniture packages to facilitate buy-to-let investors wishing to furnish their rental investment properties.

This ranges from guidance on purchasing an investment property to furnishings, lettings and property management. His skills are wide-ranging spanning financial management, sales and customer relations.
Sameer has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University in Maharastra, majoring in Management Studies and Economics. Prior to joining Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings, Sameer worked extensively in the financial and banking industry for companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Citibank and HSBC.
