London residential lettings is all we do, it’s what we specialise in.

Over half a century ago, Mr Benham, a chartered surveyor, and Mr Reeves, a notable artist, joined forces, opening an office in North West London. They set down the foundation for our residential letting agency which now operates from ten prominently located sites across the capital, together with three sites overseas in Hong Kong, Singapore, Delhi and Dubai, giving us international status.

Our tailor made, comprehensive Property Management is an integral part of our residential lettings service – this department has grown considerably over the last 50 years to the need for a centralised management centre which we opened in 2007.

Having found a tenant we look after them throughout the tenancy which includes everything from collecting rent and handling all administration to assistance with more complex issues and the provision of a 24 hour emergency helpline.
