Over half a century ago, Mr Benham, a chartered surveyor, and Mr Reeves, a notable artist, joined forces, opening an office in North West London. They set down the foundation for our residential letting agency which now operates from ten prominently located sites across the Capital, together with five offices overseas in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and India, giving us international status.

Our heads of management and accounts are a qualified lawyer and chartered accountant respectively; We have a low turnover of staff and a team of experienced senior management who have worked with us for many years, ensuring continuity. Their intimate local knowledge is invaluable, enabling them to provide a seamless service from initial enquiry to setting up home and beyond; We are also founder members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents who impose a strict code of conduct and accounting.
